Every year, Toledo PAL welcomes hundreds of passionate individuals who want to make a lasting impact in the lives of our community’s youth. Whether it’s coaching a team, mentoring a young person, or lending a hand behind the scenes, our volunteers are the heartbeat of PAL. By giving your time and energy, you’re not just helping kids play sports—you’re helping them build confidence, character, and brighter futures. Join us, on or off the field, and be part of the positive change in Toledo’s next generation.
Ways to volunteer:
Coaching
Our coaches are the heartbeat of Toledo PAL, playing a vital role in shaping not only athletes but also future leaders. If you’re passionate about making a difference and guiding young people both on and off the field, we invite you to become a coach with Toledo PAL.
Game Day Support
It takes a team to make game day a success! We’re always looking for dedicated volunteers to help as scorekeepers, concession stand helpers, team managers, or with field upkeep and maintenance. Your support ensures our players have the best experience possible.
Tutoring & Academic Support
At Toledo PAL, we believe in strengthening both mind and body. We welcome volunteers who can tutor youth in academic subjects and provide one-on-one support. Every participant is encouraged to dedicate at least one hour of study time, helping to close learning gaps and set the stage for future success.
