
Through the partnership of Toledo PAL and J.O.Y., the Summer Camps 2026 are designed to give kids a fun, active, and positive summer experience through sports, teamwork, creativity, and exciting field trips. Campers will have the opportunity to build confidence, stay active, make new friends, and enjoy safe, engaging activities throughout July.
During Field Trip Week, families may sign up for individual days at $10 per day or register for the full week for $40. Please note that Field Trip Week is limited to 15 campers per day, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Toledo Mud Hens are teaming up with the City of Toledo, Toledo PAL, and Major League Baseball to host our annual PLAY BALL event at Toledo PAL Field on Saturday, June 6, as a part of our PLAY BALL Weekend. This day of fun is part of an ongoing effort to build connections between youth sports and the Toledo community.
PLAY BALL is free and open to any baseball or softball novice aged 4 to 12 years old. Each session features five skill stations for participants to learn baseball fundamentals. All children will receive a free PLAY BALL-branded bat and ball set to take home. Participants must be preregistered.

The Toledo Police Department is now accepting applications for the 2026 summer Safe-T-City program. This marks the 47th year the department has offered this free child safety program to the youth of Toledo.
Safe-T-City sessions are offered in both morning and afternoon time slots and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Session times are as follows: morning sessions run from 8:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., and afternoon sessions run from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
