Sgt. Paris has been a proud member of the Toledo Police Department since 2002. Proud to call Toledo his home, Sgt Paris graduated from Robert S. Rogers High School, where he earned three varsity letters in Football, Basketball, and tennis. Upon graduation, Sgt. Paris joined the United States Marine Corps and began serving his country as an infantryman—a proud veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Sgt. Paris found time to remain active both overseas and stateside, participating in intramural and varsity football and basketball at MCAGCC 29 Palms, California; Camp Pendleton; California and the 3rd Marine Division, Okinawa – Camp Schwab. For his hard work and talent, Sgt Paris earned All-Marine honors. Sgt. Paris continued his education after leaving military service and earned degrees from Owens Community College and The University of Toledo, where he majored in Criminal Justice. Sgt. Paris is most proud and passionate about mentoring youth in the city of Toledo, knowing he is having a positive impact on their future.

Officer Kimberly Darrington has been a member of the Toledo Police Department for 25 years. She is a 1988 graduate of Macomber-Whitney Vocational Technical High School, where she was an All-City and State finalist in track and field. She served as Student Council Treasurer and Varsity Cheerleader. Officer Darrington obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix, and her Master’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Community & Social Services from Capella University. Officer Darrington has a passion for serving at-risk youth in her community, fostering positive relationships and encouraging them to become confident, productive citizens.
